"Ron and I have lived in our home for 44 years. It was not an easy decision to sell it. As soon as we contacted Sheila, we knew we were in good hands. She explained the process throughout the sale. We also wanted her to find the “perfect” condo for us. Selling our home was going well, but finding that condo in northeast Grand Rapids was much harder. We told Sheila we liked the Maple Grove condos but nothing was for sale in that area. She sent a postcard to all the residents in that development stating if they wanted to sell their condo, she had a cash buyer. Someone called Sheila and it was the perfect condo. She made it happen. Then she sold our house for exactly what we wanted. We had 44 years of things to get rid of, and Sheila helped us with that also. She took four loads of our treasures to a center that sells goods and provides money for children to go to camp who otherwise would not have had the opportunity. We were happy with that. When we had questions, we would text Sheila, and she would immediately text us back. Poor Sheila, because we had lots of questions. Sheila was always so kind and patient with us. We do not know what we would have done without her. Now we say goodbye to our home and begin a new life in our condo. This all happened through the hard work of Sheila Wood Bennett.
